Membership Information:
- You do not need to be an owner of Arrowhead property to join.
- Resident Membership Deposit: $20,000 (due to significant interest, price is subject to increase at any time).
- Non-Resident Membership Deposit: $30,000 (due to significant interest, price is subject to increase at any time).
- Estimated Resident Annual Dues: $556/Quarterly
- Estimated Resident Annual Dues: $681/Quarterly
- Refundability: The membership deposit (in both cases) is %80 refundable upon the resignation and reissuance of the membership as described and outlined in the Membership Plan for the Arrowhead Alpine Club.
- Transferability: A member may arrange for the Club to reissue his or her membership to the subsequent purchaser of an Arrowhead property. Must stay within Arrowhead.

- Members will have reserved dining privilieges at the newly planned base facility restaurant.
